Eight Twelve Cake & Dessert: My Sweet Tooth Fix
Located next to the Gilmore Skytrain Station, Eight Twelve Cake & Dessert is a Korean-owned cafe with a huge display of cakes. Their cakes are delicious and the interior is bright and modern. Their cakes, though a little pricey, are beautiful and definitely Instagram-worthy.
The Strawberry Cheese Tart was deliciously thick with a crispy shell. Blueberry Cheesecake was also good but I was a little disappointed with the use of sponge cake as the base because I am a big fan of the classic graham cracker crust. However, I liked that it wasn't as heavy as other cheesecakes.
